After watching The Extra Yard on TSN, I found myself wanting to hear some of the sounds from the soundtrack again. Took a little, okay a LOT, of googling and youtubing, including contacting the production company, and the Argos to no avail. But I found them! I’m supposed to write here. I promised myself that I would. I’ve been breaking a lot of those promises to myself lately. Going to run three times a week. Nope, twice last week and once this week. Fail. Going to track my diet in an effort to be aware of my choices and make better ones. Nope, I’ve missed the last couple days of that. Going to put up Christmas lights, clean up yard, work on the garage. Nope, still sitting on the couch, watching football.

Preschool Windup Video

I’m in a reminiscing place tonight. Started with a Bon Jovi song on the radio, which always has and always will make me think of Erin. And I struggle with my grief, but at the same time wonder if I’m even entitled to grieve? Really, who am I, just a childhood friend. We drifted apart after high school. But I can’t help the fact that my heart hurts tremendously for those left behind.
